Planted on the seafront in 1706, St George’s has grown up with Deal.
A heritage of renewal (1930s–70s), pioneering 1990s, and a gathered-and-scattered life (Missional Communities from 2003/04) have shaped a church that welcomes widely and sends confidently.
In 2024–25 we journeyed through Focus for the Future, a prayerful process that distilled our core values and priorities for the next chapter.
Set on the High Street, our warm, flexible space serves worship and the town—From midweek Communion and Wednesday Warmers, Welcome to Tadpoles and community events.
We raise and release leaders, and we’re resourcing others locally and beyond as we become a hub for mission and ministry.
