Easter is on the horizon and as usual we’ll be holding the following gatherings for worship, but of course on livestream:
Good Friday 10.30am Family Worship
2pm Good Friday Meditation around the Cross
Easter Sunday 8am Quiet communion (If this goes ahead, it will be in person, but we need to limit numbers and take bookings, Please email email@example.com)
10.30am Easter Sunday Family Celebration (sharing in bread and wine towards the end). We will be sending out a zoom link for anyone who wants to come on straight after to chat (and maybe even have a drink at the ready)

In addition, we’ve got an outdoor Easter Trail opening up for the weekend, thanks to Lisa Knight for the ideas, and Bec Wash and Sam Roberts for designing and building the Hope Tree.
So - Good Friday morning, Lisa will set up the 5-station trail at the front of the church, and the Hope Tree will be put up there too.
There will be shapes to write on and hang on the Hope Tree.
On Good Friday afternoon, Lisa is inviting families to come down between 3.30-5pm when she will be there along with others from Ignite Families community. Two families will be able to join together socially distanced to do the trail.
Then on Saturday morning, thanks to Watch This Space who will be at the front of the church to welcome and chat with people who might like to come in off the High St, walk around the trail and/or put a shape on the Hope Tree.
The trail and tree will be taken down on Monday.
We pray you’ll be able to find the time to engage once again with the events leading to the world-changing event of Jesus death and resurrection.
The victory over death has been won and we can rejoice.
Do get in touch if there’s anything we can help you with. We look forward to us gathering together in worship and celebration.
Love from all of us here at St. George's
